What this covers

This policy describes how Fan's Loyalty handles personal information when you browse the site, create an account, or buy from a creator. Fan's Loyalty is a mainstream platform. We do not operate an adult service and we do not ask for a phone number to sign up.

Information we collect

• First name and last name, stored together as your display name.
• Email address, used to verify the account and send service messages.
• Date of birth, used to confirm you are 18 or older.
• Password, stored only as a hash.
• The category and subcategory you select, and a short custom label if you choose Other.
• Your confirmation, at signup, of the Terms of Service, policies, cookies, and return policy. The account is not created unless each confirmation is sent, and the confirmations are stored with the registration security event.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type on security events like login.

How we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, show your name where the product displays a member or buyer, file your account under the category you chose, send verification and password-reset email, prevent under-18 registration, and investigate abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information with infrastructure providers that host the app, database, and email, and with payment processors when you buy or a creator receives a payout. Creators can see the buyer details needed to fulfill an order. We share information when the law requires it or to protect members from harm.

Retention

Account data stays while the account is open and for a limited period afterward so we can complete orders, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties. Security logs are kept for abuse prevention. You can ask us to delete an account through the contact page, subject to records we must keep.

Your choices

You may update account details we expose in the product, decline optional marketing if we offer it, and contact us to access or correct your information. Date of birth is used for the age check and is not a public profile field.
