Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Fan's Loyalty, a mainstream creator business and live experience platform. By creating an account you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Community Guidelines, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Return and Refund Policy. Creators who sell also accept the Creator Agreement during studio onboarding.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Fan's Loyalty account. Fan's Loyalty is not an adult platform. Sexual content, nudity, and adult solicitation are prohibited. We may refuse or close an account that misstates a date of birth or fails this age requirement.
Your account
Registration asks for your first name, last name, email address, date of birth, a password, and the category that describes the creator business you plan to open. A phone number is not required. You must provide accurate information and keep your login confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
The service
Fan's Loyalty lets people discover creators and lets creators publish storefronts, posts, courses, memberships, and livestreams. Features can change. We may suspend access to protect members, comply with law, or enforce these terms and the community rules.
Payments
Paid offers are described at checkout. Creators who sell, receive payouts, or host paid live must be 18 or older and complete the payment steps presented in studio. Coin recharges are $1 for 70 coins, split evenly between the platform and the gift pool. Fan memberships split 30% platform and 70% creator. Platform fees are shown before you pay. Refunds follow the Return and Refund Policy.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant Fan's Loyalty a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service you choose, including storefronts and livestreams. You must have the rights to anything you post. Do not upload content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy.
Ending access
You may stop using Fan's Loyalty at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a material breach, suspected fraud, or a safety issue. Provisions that should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limits on liability, continue to apply.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as available. Creator advice, courses, and live sessions are the creator's responsibility. To the extent the law allows, Fan's Loyalty is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for amounts above what you paid the platform in the three months before a claim.
